Analyzing Stock Broker Description Paper IdeasAs an online stock broker, I have spent a great deal of time looking for simple, concise and comprehensive descriptive paper ideas for my clients. While I think there is nothing wrong with finding paper ideas that other brokers are using, I do not believe that they should be copied verbatim.
It is an unfortunate fact that most stock brokers get paper ideas and then try to cram them into a paper that they feel they should have produced in less than 10 minutes. But, a description of a stock would never read like this - it would always flow logically and informally, like it is an article in a magazine. The one key difference between a description and an article is that, the term paper would never appear in the middle of a piece of writing.
In a description, the market ticker symbol will always appear on the left-hand side of the page. The term paper in that case would appear on the right hand side of the page. Most types of papers that you will find are more informative than descriptive. The best description in my opinion would be something like this - 'The firm wants to trade the shares XYZ Company because this is the hottest stock of the day'.
The stock market is a cyclical environment and any stock broker can show you charts showing the same amount of change over time, but only in the short term. You could possibly spend hours trying to figure out what someone is talking about in relation to the stock market when you could provide them with the basics and this would be far easier to do.
The best trading strategies for the stock market are the ones that allow you to take advantage of the small movements that can occur within a matter of seconds. They are also the ones that will give you a profitable outcome in the medium to long term. Don't get me wrong, there are some very good and sound strategies that work well, but they are not applicable in every situation. For example, when I refer to the stock market, I am speaking of technical analysis and the basic idea is that the stock market is all about technical data that can be manipulated in one way or another. It could be the price movement, volume, volume change or simply a change in the company's name.
Because I am not a stock broker, the term paper ideas is simply a convenient way of describing a strategy, i.e. buy low and sell high, or use the short selling system. If you were a stock broker that had never traded in the stock market before, it would be difficult for you to follow such advice on paper.
Of course, you don't need to be a stock broker to follow this advice. You just need to know how to read the charts and know which way the trends are going to go.
